Teachers' Session Information

A Workshop for Teachers would offer a rare opportunity for the teacher to focus on their own practice. It could involve discussion of movement patterns and qualities found in contemporary dance and also the choreographic elements that can be used to create performance work which may aid future solo creation. This may also appeal to teachers, to increase understanding of Contemporary Dance and to offer ways in which our syllabus can be used to create movement, cover contemporary technique’s and explore the work of renowned choreographers. The workshop will include both discussion and movement to provide teachers with a rich and vibrant experience.
