DUCON’s mission is to use the classical ballet art form to train and transform students to be the very best version of themselves;
not only in technique and artistry, but also in character building which includes the students’ ability to be empathetic and compassionate to others.
Program Breakdown
The Training
The first five days of the program will consist of technique classes & variation coaching sessions led by our master teachers.
This portion is designed to build stronger foundations in ballet technique and drive confidence in dancers by helping them see noticeable progress.
The Tournament
All students will perform their solo variation on stage to receive direct feedback from our jury.
This ties in with The Training and it is designed to prepare students for upcoming competitions, develop their stage presence, and elevate their confidence through results.
The Gala
On the final day of the program, all students will perform in the Gala.
The process in which students prepare for The Gala is an integral part to a dancer’s training & education.
